Hi, at Fallon today 5/9. Best place I found is at the crossroads of Depp rd and Schaffer rd. Just across from 6990 Depp road. Good for landing in a nothern direction. And bring mosquito repellent, the place is infested with it.

You do need approximately 500-600mm and the best shots are when they cross for landing. Landing shots will require a fair share of cropping. Good luck.

Second day at NAS Fallon I found a new location for northern take offs.
At the north of the base is Wildes road where you have a great view on aircraft taking off. After the bend in the road drive a few hundred meters and park at the left - not at the side of the base.
Here are the coordinates 39°26'43.6"N 118°42'58.6"W
